Home heating and cooling in League City

Coastal humidity, hot attics and salt air. Three conditions that decide how a system here is sized, installed and looked after.

Home services

Repairs

Diagnosis first, written price second.

Replacements

Sized from the house, with coastal-duty options where they earn it.

Ducts

Sealing and balancing for attics that hit 130°F.

Humidity

Run times, drainage and airflow — the reason a cold house can still feel damp.

Drains

Clear condensate lines and a float switch where the unit sits above a ceiling.

Maintenance

Seasonal visits including a coil rinse near the water.

After a storm

If the outdoor unit has been under water, it should not be switched on until someone has looked at it: water gets into the compressor terminals, the contactor and the electrical whip. We check those before restarting anything, and we say plainly when a unit is beyond drying out.
